SUPERNOVA is a recording studio and a music research center aimed at italian and international musicians within NOVAMUSICA3.0.
It is a meeting place between consolidated musical experiences (classical, jazz, rock etc.) and frontier practices.
SUPERNOVA in collaboration with musi-co.com and HAICU label becomes the first studio in Italy with proprietary AI integration. We have several AI algorithms on site for creating music that we can use throughout the production process.
These systems integrate with high-end analog gear (synthesizers, electroacoustic devices and outboard) that supports the chain from production through tracking, mixing and mastering.
With these premises we work on band projects, electronic producers, songwriters, cinema, jingles, soundscapes etc.
We are also a classic 32ch multitrack Recording Studio.
MUSIC RESEARCH Center:
Novamusica3.0 with Supernova Studio promotes studio lives, recordings, thematic cycles, lessons, workshops, seminars, residencies and moments of sharing, opening up to collaboration and sharing with the realities of the Val Tiberina area up to global realities.
We advocate dialogue between musicians, dialogue and integration between musical instruments and new technologies, between compositional techniques, between improvisation and acoustic experimentation.
We collaborate with RadioGWEN (Italian Switzerland) for the creation of high profile musical content and for the broadcasting of concerts and performances in our studio.
EDUCATION INTEGRATION:
We have an active path with visual and sensorial disabilities in general for the development of multimedia projects (sound, image, video, etc.) which focuses on accessibility, direct involvement of users in sound design and professional training in the field.
Particular attention is paid to childhood and the relationship between music, technology and children. There are musical electronic courses dedicated to the little ones, ensemble music workshops, recording workshops as a moment of sharing. We do research in this field and we are convinced that childhood, children, can develop personal identity, expressiveness and technical skills also through electronic objects. Children are not thirsty for smartphones, they are thirsty for guidance through computers to find themselves and explore the world.
LANGUAGES:
Novamusica3.0 is also a multimedia laboratory where music, multimedia arts, dance, theatre, visual arts and projections come together. We have rehearsal rooms, equipped dance rooms and flexible technology available.
